i need your help, i am new in queuemetrics and I am configuring it for our callcenter. I am having problem setting up pause or breaks. When i cleak on a pause, the system seems to say me ok but the agent screen not to change to notify wether the agent is on pause or not. I am using elastix 1.6.2-27 with QM 1.7.1.5-88.
Please I really need your help. If there is a related topic on the form, please advice me.
