Thanks to you - there is always a good reason why things happen (with computers, at least!) :)

General Asterisk configuration / Re: Questions on My Setup ?

You cannot "fix" that at the moment.  But we plan  for it to be disabled (on request) in an upcoming version.
This issue is tracked as #305

QueueMetrics news / Office closure for Easter.
« on: March 21, 2008, 15:38:10 »
Our office will be closed from Friday March 21st, 2008 to Tuesday March 25th, 2008 for the Easter Break.

This is strange, as both agents should be called the same. Could you send over a piece of the queue_low here an inbound call is seen and one where an outbound for the same agent is seen?

We do not suggest doing that, and if you do that you're on your own :)

How did you define the Agents in inbound? And how is the agent in outbound different? is it just the number that is different?

You should restrict on "show only my agents".

On CentOS 5, there is iptables enabled by default, so you get everything working but it won't let you connect to port 8080.  ;D

You can run

/etc/init.d/iptables stop

or see this tutorial: http://astrecipes.net/index.php?n=350 if (like in the case of PBX-in-a-Flash) you have another process running on port 8080 as well...

I think that your java install package has some problems - maybe it's corrupted? try and download another version from Sun's site (QM is not really picky about which JVM it runs on), verify the SHA signature, then

Code: [Select]
chmod a+x jdk-version.bin
./jdk-version.bin

It should run and install after that.

Do agents see calls coming their way (or just passed) on the Agent's page?

If you use SQL storage, use realtime.max_bytes_agent=7200 as the term is seconds to look back... :)

From the quick check I performed, you were using SQL storage but did not run the SQL loader - that's why you saw no data.

Can't you use the "yum" automated installation? it will install everything by itself....

ps fax | grep java

and

lsof -i | grep java

and post the results here.
