Nope - you should press "Reload" when you get the call.

You just install the PHP script where you want and configure it to access your QM instance.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Queuemetrics / Java - High CPU Usage

The problem you have is that you are running with too few Java memory - so it keeps garbage collecting its heap space. Try and give it like a Gigs of RAM to run into and you'll see it will become way better.....

I think that the latest version of the qloaderd includes something like that.

It is revision 1.18 and the relevant bug was #792.

In the cases we tested, it was caused by wrong data written on the queue_log.

1551
That's great! If you don't mind, I'd add that to the FAQs.

1552
Thanks - we are trying to reproduce the issue.
Will let you know how it goes.

At the moment this is not present, you could either custom-code that or we could do a change to QM to implement said functionality.

This looks like a bug - which version of QM are you running? do you ise ADDFMMEBER or AGENTCALLBACKLOGIN to log on agents?
The behavior is expected to be configurable....

1555
No - as long as you have free space on the disk, and unless you see your machine hung on "wait for I/O".
I think you could disable log files at all.

See http://wiki.apache.org/tomcat/FAQ/Logging

Yes you need a way to know WHICH call is to be monitored.

 ;D

Yes this is true - when you remove them and save them, they disappear.
This is actually a bug and we track that with ID #988

You should do a refresh plus autoopen, so that as soon as you are online wityh a caller you get the correct URL.
