Running WombatDialer / RS_NOAGENT state is not set when agent does not answer

WD is setting state to TERMINATED in both cases no matter if agent answer or not the call. Please give us any clue.

QueueMetrics installation / How to install queuemetrics in another server

Is possible to install queuemetrics in a different server than the asterisk server?.

If so, please give me some directions or links to do that.

Dear Sirs,

I'm going to try QueueMetrics on our 100 seats callcenter installation. Before that, it will be nice to know if is posible to filter reports and realtime statistics by queues upon the user.

What i mean is if is posible to restrict the queue access by users, in order to let the managers only to see information regarding the queues they manage.

Thanks in advance for this information.
