Queues will appear in some blocks only if they have data, if they are all zeroed out, they don't (like for the realtime page - the logic is the same).

You can edit which alarms you want  on the queue definition.
Audio can be enabled or disabled only system-wide.

You need to have searched for the file, cannot just "jump in". This is a security measure to avoid hijacking.
