Callers Stuck In Queue
« on: June 22, 2009, 14:47:43 »
I have inbound callers stuck in queue, it seems that the call is transferred to the right phone-agent in queue, agents is answer the call and everything is all right with this call. The problem starts when call is over, in queuemetrics is still like active call, and when i try to listen live this call i listen every new call ho is inkoming in this queue. This stuck call in queue is stuck about 30min.- more and then is gone.

How to kill this calls when is stuck? This can create some problems with my statistics.

Sorry for my language, i hope you understand me.

Does it happen for ALL calls or every once in a while?
This is usually caused by Asterisk missing to log an event.

You can close calls, though I think you'll have to update your QM for that - see http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s18.html#Closing_ongoing_calls
