Korean is not displayed in PDF reports....

Hi, Everyone.
I'm trying to create a PDF report with Queuemetrics 13.04, but Korean Language is not supported.
How can I solve this problem?

Excel is no problem...

So it works when exporting Excel but not the PDF?
Can you send us a report with the excel and PDF files generated, so we can open up a bug? please send them to the support portal.
