QueueMetrics installation / Re: Wizard error

Likely the user running the Tomcat has no grants to read those files, or Java Security is enabled. Try copying to se files to another location where they can be read from.

That is standard Asterisk behaviour. Try running a test call and posting the CLI outpput while there is no other activity on the system.

Problems we have not worked out:

* The web interface DOES NOT displays the pause/unpause status of the agent

You need to use PAUSEALL, as QM does not track PAUSE so far. With a fully dynamic setup, either the agents log off from one specific queue, or you PAUSE them all as they want to go grab some coffee.

BTW, is there a "Spanish es_ES" translation avalaible? If not I can try to make one starting from the "L.A. Spanish" translation...

That would be welcome. What are the main changes?

Well, if Tomcat is up and running, you're at 90% :)
are you sure that the webapp you installed QM is "queuemetrics" and not "queuemetrics-1.4.3" for example?

QueueMetrics is a pretty flexible piece of software - what exactly do you get in the queue_log? :)

If you run a test call, does it get registered or not?

General Asterisk configuration / Re: Minor bug and a question
« on: April 14, 2008, 16:47:29 »

Hmmm... my results would seem to indicate that it's likely adding them all together, not averaging them.  An average step of around 250 would indicate that our queues advance one step per 15 seconds (approximately)

Unfortunately we're not quite that efficient.    ;D

Bug #259 has been fixed in QM 1.4.4.

The whole counting logic has been thrown away and reimplemented.

Also, we now espress steps as average seconds per step, not  average steps per hour (saying that your queue advances on average one step every 27 seconds is the same as saying that it rotates at 133 steps per hour, but we find the first  easier to understand).

Thanks everybody for helping us.

Lost licences / Re: Lost Email for License
« on: April 14, 2008, 10:52:54 »
Licence was sent just now.

You should implement the solution described here.

2590
So that's it, no doubt.

I really see nothing. Are you sure that each and every call gets recorded?

Lost licences / E-mail... what a hassle ;D
« on: April 11, 2008, 15:43:22 »
With the current flood of spam that everyday fills the internet (and our mailboxes) it sometimes happens that some e-mail gets filtered away.

If you request a QueueMetrics demo key and do not receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes, or you receive the confirmation email but receive no demo licence within 24-48hrs, please post here so that we can send you a private message and make contact.

So please create an accont for the Support Board just now and post a new topic in the "Lost mail and licences" forum. We'll contact you ASAP.

Realtime Live / Re: Realtime Monitoring

I think this might be a bug - are call statistics shown okay?
One thinkg that I notoice is that agent does not follow the CHANNELTYPE/address format, how do you gcreate that?

I see nothing in the config that is about call recording. What about your queues.conf and agents.conf?

2595
Did it fix your problem?
