Most likely you have a timing issue - that is the Asterisk server clock and the Qm clock and the MySql clock seem to be out of sync. See http://queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-072-detecting-rt-issues

This connects to server 10.10.3.100 with AMI user "qm" password "bingo".

Not at the moment but we are working on that.
It requires a significant amount of work on the parser and will take a bit more memory to run.
If you really need this feature you can have it custom implemented.

The first error has nothing to do with QM and can be ignored.
The second error seems to be a realtime page open somewhere polling the server for new data.

It looks like the trunk was removed and added again under a different name. Is that possible?
Of course it should not have let you remove the trunk at all.
For the moment the easiest way forward is to start from scratch with a new DB.

In theory the qloaderd should have detected the file rotation, if you use the latest versions.

My suggestion at this point would be renting an Asterisk expert in your local area who can do the integration. If you send an email to Loway Support telling them where you're located, they can surely find someone in your area. As this is a general Asterisk issue, any Asterisk consultant will do.

If you have not already done so, we suggest you upgrade to version 0.4.9 as it has quit a number of fixes and new things.

Glad to see it is connecting... when it does, you're half-way to making it work.

Do you mean the ring time when transferring? that is not tracked by Asterisk so QM has no way of seeing it.
