QueueMetrics installation / Re: Problem with Queuemetrics 12.02

No - which user is the tomcat process running under? how did you install QM and which is your base distro?

having encrypted passwords is basically  trivial from a technical p.o.v., but many of our users like the idea of seeing/editing passwords from the GUI. You know when you have hundreds of agents who may lock themselves out or things like that.

528
We have a way to adjust payroll data, so user sessions can be changed.Of course all activity is logged and scrutinized :-)

529
In general, we would like to have a list of available programmers who are skilled at this kind of job - we often have small jobs of this kind that may be interesting for a freelancer.

You should not use a minus in the agent's names, as Asterisk uses it to turn a channel name (like SIP/123) into a channel instance (SIP/123-abcd), so QM tries and tstrips it away.

AFAIK (and I'm not an expert) ViciDial has - or at least used to have - scripts running that periodically fix the logging for abnormal conditions. So it is possible that you get an inconsistent report that gets fixed in a few minutes or seconds.

120000 calls for 7 gigs? this sounds a bit off :-)

Under which user is your webapp running? most likely not root.

From http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/string-functions.html :

"MySQL does not include a function to split a delimited string. "

So you would need some string black magic to separate the data field in its parts - or export to SQL and edit the SQL script using a macro or something.....

Thanks I'll add this for the next release. We will have some changes to infrastructure, most notably an easy way to run AGAW :-)

We track this as bug #1587

MySQL storage and Qloaderd/Uniloader / Re: database needs updating

If the space is finished, most likely MySQL tables have been corrupted. Run a table repair or restart from a backup if it should not work.

That would be nice.

This is a bit outside of the scope of QM.... unless you want  to track each voicemailbox as a separate queue and create "fake" logs for each voicemail call.

That's very nice, can we add this to the QueueMetrics Advanced Configuration Manual?
