QA Form - Additional Grading Options

By default for QA it seems there are 4 grading options that indicate poor, average, good ,excellent. Is there any way to get additonal grading options or make these customizable?

No but you can customize the value ranges (e.g. 0-10 for poor instead of 0-25).

Is it still the case that you are only stuck with 4 grading options? It's absolutely essential to our business reporting that we have 5 grading options instead of 4. Is there absolutely no solution for this, even one that would involve editing some source or config files?
