You should have something on Asterisk's log, e.g. on the FULL log.

No at the moment this is the closest approximation :)

Both are caused by the same reason -the agent is not busy from the POV of Asterisk's queues. Ideally, you would pause them.

Ok so just leave as they are. it may be that some calls that were active wehn you changes the clock may have incorrect timestamps, but they should be a very small number.

1. you don't need to use hotdesking.
2. if you only do outbound, you don't even need logins :)
3. you can currently do that by running a report for the current day

Try setting realtime.waitAlarmOnLiveCalls=false
