Realtime Live / Re: estadistics got wrong

You need to set the pause codes, and make them either billable or non-billable.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: license limits on reports
« on: August 20, 2009, 10:34:49 »
This is by design - see http://queuemetrics.com/licence.jsp

[Queuemetrics is] bound to the number of concurrent agents you have in your call center. We suggest to buy a licence that is as big as the number of different people working in your call center.

My suggestion would be to enlarge your licence to a number (like 50 or 100 agents) that lets you run the reports you need with a worthwhile time period (like one month or three months).

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Installation on Debian failing
« on: August 20, 2009, 10:31:53 »
One last thing: are you sure that your MySQL is connectable from the newtork? the java connectors are not able to connect to unix socket like the one you show /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock - edit the my.ini file and activate network access.

Yes it is possible - set:

Code: [Select]
realtime.agent_autoopenurl=true
Your agent will need to refresh the agent's page anyway when they get the call, but it's much easier than a double click!

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Installation on Debian failing
« on: August 19, 2009, 16:55:10 »
I see you have two copies of the connector:

pinky:/usr/share/tomcat5.5/webapps/queuemetrics/WEB-INF/lib# ls
QueueMetrics-1.5.3.jar              mysql-connector-java-bin.jar
loway-tpf-158p.jar                  redstone-xmlrpc-1.0.jar
mysql-connector-java-5.1.8-bin.jar  xerces.jar

This is a good reason for it not to be working! Remove one of them and restart Tomcat.

QueueMetrics news / QueueMetrics 1.5.4 released today
« on: August 19, 2009, 16:48:00 »
QueueMetrics version 1.5.4 has been released today. This is basically a maintenace release over the previous version.

These are the major upgrades over the previous versions:
#782 - Wrong wildcard expansion
#776 - Pluggable listener wrongly replaces the %QU token
#594 - Cloning settings
#757 - RealTime Listener sometimes breaks
#763 - Default value for the "Current terminal" entry
#784 - All Assigned option is not shown in the AddQueueMember dialog
#788 - "Pipe" character is forbidden in extensions.conf by Asterisk 1.6
#422 - Mising agents from the RT report under weird circumstances
#716 - Full UTF8 database for use in non-latin countries
#731 - Logged off agents on restart
#735 - "User Session Expired" after upgrade to 1.5.3
#736 - Missing agent status decodes on the Live page.
#741 - AMI autoconfig breaks in Autoconfig Wizard
#742 - "Invalid data source" in Autoconfig Wizard
#745 - Quoting of "#" in URLs
#762 - Agent import - now setting default terminal
#775 - Some unicode issues
#787 - Configuration Wizard stops working with AMI when no agent present

You can download the latest version immediately from the downloads page.As an alternative, if you run RHEL or CentOS (or any distribution derived from them, like e.g. TrixBox, Nerd Vittles and AsteriskNOW),you can install it automatically using yum - see the installation page.

Cool man - by the way that's the way your XML-RPC library does the translation to the basic XML-RPC data types.

Lorenzo told me this issue should be fixed, do you confirm?

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Installation on Debian failing
« on: August 18, 2009, 16:30:40 »
Two things come to my mind:
1. did you install the MySQL connector (ConnectorJ) under the WEB-INF/libs/ of QM and restart it?
2. did you upload the sample database?

Did you receive the updated keys at last?

Problems / Re: Custom report error with time range
« on: August 17, 2009, 11:41:15 »
You mean you want  a report for all days but just for the given time range? like 16-18 of day 1, 16-18 for day 2 and so on?

1872
Just set:

default.joinMultiStintCalls=true

You can then change it manually if you need a report without multi-stint mode.

See http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/apd.html

Improving QueueMetrics / Re: Reports based on country prefix
« on: August 17, 2009, 11:38:44 »
Yes - as long as you run a report by calle-id, you can enter a prefix (using the regexp syntax).

You can ask for the xmlrpc page as of http://server:8080/queuemetrics/xmlrpc.do - it's a virtual page, it does not exist on the filseystem!
