Go create a queue which definition is "993.1111111111" and with a name of your choice.
Then you can create a queue like "993.*" tpo report on all subqueues of 993 (BUT they must first exist as individual items).

This is really weird.... looks like there is some process tellimg Asterisk to restart a lot of times.

I think so. You should see the realtime page working.

If it's not, likely it's one or more of the following things:
- you are asking for the wrong queue
- the qloaderd is not working
- the time on the Asterisk server is far off from the time on the QM server
- you are reporting from the wrong partition

First thing: if you look at the realtime page of QM, is data being shown as it happens or is it frozen?

Second thing: are you sure your XML-RPC lib is not caching the connection URL?

That's the same setting.  ;D

Why don't you have each agent log in automatically when they are available? if you do mass-login and for some reason one of the usual agents is sick, you still have the agent logging on and her phone ringing.

Using the agent's page in QM, you can have each agent add all the queues they are to work on at the click of a button - you can have tens of queues and they don't need to remember it.

What is the problem you are having? being based on FreePBX, the queue configuration should be the same as TrixBox....

Can I post this as a part of the Open QueueMetrics Add-ons collection?

Did you enable subqueue-rewriting in the qloader script?
Can you post an example of the logs that are recorded for a call?

This is strange - your MySQL was listening on the ethernet interface and not on loopback?  ;D

You should reuse agent codes then.

QueueMetrics news / AGAW released
« on: August 20, 2009, 11:54:16 »
The Agent Awareness module of QueueMetrics is finally out of beta and available as a separate purchase - and you get a 50% discount if you purcahse it within December 2009!

The AGAW module lets your agent see the queue statistics, be informed in real-time to what is going on and start chat sessions with their supervisors. It is meant for large-scale distribuited call-centers where a high, real-time awareness of goals and targets is needed. It embeds into the Firefox browser and does not disrupt web-based CRM / form filling by the agent.

For further information on the AGAW module, see the QueueMetrics User Manual.
http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s08.html

The price list is available here on the Licence page: http://queuemetrics.com/licence.jsp#AGAW

If you would like to run an AGAW demo on your own QueueMetrics system, please apply for a three-month free AGAW demo key.

Supportcan be found in the AGAW board in this forum: http://forum.queuemetrics.com/index.php?board=15.0
