I think there is something wrong with the URL, so it basically dos not find the data it needs and aborts.

Can you try enablibg agent rewriting in the configuration, so that instead of local/#1234@context QM will see agent/#1234 ?

Also, if you could send over a piece of queue_log, we'd love to test it in our labs.

I confirm it was received. We'll look into the matter from Monday.

We have not received it so far....  ???

What is the version of Asterisk you are using? the dialplan crashes with:

Quote
May 20 23:15:44 WARNING[17417]: pbx.c:1700 pbx_extension_helper: No application 'QueueLog' for extension (macro-queuelog, s, 1)

the application QueueLog whould be there for all Asterisks 1.4+ - maybe you did not compile it in?

Thanks. Can you send a tarball of your /etc/asterisk directory to Loway for inspection?

Please refer to bug #742.

Are you sure about the credentials used to connecvt to the Asterisk box?

Is it possible that QM was restarted while you were running the wizard or that the pages timed-out? do you always get this error if you repeat the process?

Can you post a screeenshot? I think that's likely statuses that don't exist in older Asterisk.

For your reference, this is bug #736.

Please send a copy of your database to Loway by e-mail so that we can run a test immediately.

OK now I understand -  it's not the IVR selection before queueing the call, but after ;D that's why you get EXITWITHKEY, and that's 100% correct.

If that's so, you don't need to add the INFO-IVR stuff. You will simply find the exit codes on the Lost Calls page, under IVR choices.

QueueMetrics news / Re: QueueMetrics 1.5.3 released today
« on: May 12, 2009, 17:05:03 »
The point of this update is to fix an important security problem that would let a logged-on user with QueueMetrics call-listen privileges to access unauthorized files if your servlet container is running as "root".

If you keep audio recordings, we strongly suggest upgrading in any case, even if you have stricter security in place (e.g. running QM under Java Security).

The other important change in this release is a new logging architecture that will keep track of QueueMetrics users logging on and off. You will notice that when you run QM for the first time, it will complain that the database has to be upgraded and will perform the upgrade - don't worry, this is normal.

A number of other bug fixes and minor changes have been performed as well.

QueueMetrics news / QueueMetrics 1.5.3 released today
« on: May 12, 2009, 16:56:26 »

QueueMetrics version 1.5.3 has been released today. This is basically a security update of version 1.5.2 because of bug #718, so you are advised to upgrade if you run an earlier version.

These are the major upgrades over the previous versions:
#718: Fixed an important security problem when streaming audio files
#708: New logging architecture
#703: An "audio only" version of the audio track is available when video recordings are found, so that it can be saved easily.
#709: Video size for Oreka playback can be now set by the user
#722: "Local/xxx@yyy" channels would not be loaded correctly whithout rewrite mode on older versions of Asterisk.
#724: Direct access to the call details without accessing the main reports cannow be set.
#723: The Agent popups are now wider
#725: Technical conversion issue in the new version of the Wizard
#726: Improved Wizard reliability on detecting DB versions
#727: Slight problem with the DBupdate scripts

Where is the Queue() command? :-)
You should see that it prints INFO IVR, not EXITWITHKEY.
By chance are you on Asterisk 1.2?
