Hi,
We have this scenario:
- 2 queues with the same agents logged in in each of them.
- Realtime pages in separate views for each queue
The problem is that when an agent is with a call ongoing in one queue, in the other realtime page it shows as available (in green).
Is it possible to see the agent as occupied in both views independently from which queue he is answering the call?
