Decide whether to check for alarms on the wait time of ongoing conversations.

While they hold the correct keys and realtime monitoring is working (in inbound calls) if tried on outbound, the phone rings back,and the system says "Bye Bye"
What is the problem ? Can this be fixed ??


Surely it can. It's not  a QM issue, it's a problem with your Asterisk dialplan.

It will make the calcluation as huge as well. Maybe if you have 10 agents you won't notice, but this makes no sense if you have 50+ agents online.

The problem with this is that the format of the ADDMEMBER verb is given by Asterisk, and we cannot change that (maybe they will use that field for
something else in the future).
One possible solution would be adding a new custom verb that is made to associate the logon/logoffs with the actual extension. If a few users are interested in that change, we can do it.

Looks like it's not being executed at all - see:

Try a show dialplan queuedial - what do you get?
