Agent activity panel

Is there a QM setting to let agents see their pause time, generally is there any way for agent to see his daily activity - when pausing, which pause using with time duratuion ?

You mean, for an agent to know how much pause they did that day and under which codes?

Yes, agent daily activity, time and codes, visible in agent panel.

Is it possilbe to get those data from link

from that link i can see only column header
what to add to get data per agent ?

How do you log-on your agents?
Can you post a(small) piece of queue_log where an agent logs on and then off again?
