You should have a client that supports xmpp and that will register with your browser.

We used Spark - http://www.igniterealtime.org/projects/spark/index.jsp - and it's pretty good, but there is a long list of other clients that will likely work just as well.

Do not use a callfile, use a direct TCP connection. call files gent processed by asterisk when it wants to.

It looks like at the moment the GPL version does not work, but it does the comemrcial version. I am unsure if the GPL version of the Oreka recorder wil support it in the future - we have asked Orecx anyway.

Super cool man! ;-) this will be linked straight from the FAQs.

We'll add a check for the weird /img behaviour.... it will be more likely ../img, meaning "the folder img in the partent directory".

I see that the call status has been set multiple times but after a lot of time the call was closed. QM will pick up the call status either before the call has closed or only within 30 minutes or so.

Can you post a screenshot of the MySQL page as well? The queue is configured correctly.
