Loway announced today its participation to AstriCon 2019 USA.

AstriCon event gives all members of the Asterisk and FreePBX community a place to learn about the new technologies and news. It will take place from October 29-30 at the Omni Hotel at the Battery in Atlanta.

Hi,

from the Custom Report page you can select a specific timeframe to use when starting a report.

The quick report selections in the homepage are intended only as a shortcut, but you can customize all the filters from the custom reports pages.

Let me know if this fixes your issue.

In Queuemetrics web, if I select last 7 days report, it shows last 24 hours * 7. how can I see last 7 days from 00:00 till 23:59 of last 7 days?

Hello Fropa,

There are some datablocks that allow parameters (the ones with a parameter specified in the documentation).

Usually editing the datablocks requires a customization, since the code itself will have to be changed.

Hello Volodya,

What do you mean from the report?

You can use the APIs to ask for a JSON file with all the information regarding the agents currently logged in.

You will need a JSON viewer or some other custom script to organize the information in a more readable way.
