Running QueueMetrics / working with outgoing calls
« on: July 05, 2011, 19:10:26 »
Hi Guys

I have been working now on oubound calls and i want to use the agents page to have some control on agents, so they now(outbound agents) use agents page to pause and tipify calls. But i want to know if this can be seen on reports. Because easily it is not.

Running QueueMetrics / Vicidial y Queuemetrics.
« on: December 16, 2010, 22:50:53 »
Queuemetrics its perfect. and our clients are very happy. But happiness is lastless. Now i need to join stadistics with  vicidal. with another asterisk and ive been folllowing the manuals about that. so QM connects perfectly to my vicidialserver,  extract my agents and so. on  i Also  configured vicidal to record the log into  QM database. and great. But ..... when i want to check out the calls  from a Queue in the QM web , shows nothing. Ive checked  the Database -> queue_log and the calls are there.

So  what could it be?

here is the config i did on configuration.properties:

cluster.servers=pixies|mudhoney

cluster.mudhoney.manager=tcp:usuario:clave@10.0.50.14
#cluster.mudhoney.queuelog=sql:VIC
cluster.mudhoney.queuelog=sql:PO1
cluster.mudhoney.monitored_calls=z:/qm_streamcall/server_mudhoney
cluster.mudhoney.callfilesdir=/media/mudhoney/monitor
cluster.mudhoney.audioRpcServer=
cluster.mudhoney.agentSecurityKey=

cluster.pixies.manager=tcp:usuario:clabv@127.0.0.1
cluster.pixies.queuelog=sql:P002
cluster.pixies.monitored_calls=z:/qm_streamcall/server_trix
cluster.pixies.callfilesdir=
cluster.pixies.audioRpcServer=
cluster.pixies.agentSecurityKey=

Running QueueMetrics / Some calls appear with ID call
« on: July 12, 2010, 18:11:58 »
Hello

few days ago, i've updated QM from 1.5.2 to 1.6.1  and it works great.

but i have notice that now i have some outbound calls with  CALLER an asterisc (*), this only happen when someone callme and its a private number but,  this is not the case, we are calling our clients.
so i decided to check out mysql database CDR and the caller number is on it. Also i checked out  the logs file and its  correctl loggedy  the caller number so, whats the deal? .

here is a photo

Running QueueMetrics / stadistics chance per hour
« on: March 23, 2010, 17:49:10 »
Hello QM Comunity

Since almost a  year  since i've start use QM for clients along with the company i work in colombia and everything works great.
Thanks for you support !!

One of our clients has told us about a weird situation, the stadistics have variations between hours.

For example they run reports at 8:30 today march 23 about calls from the past  week    and the result is 15000 answered  calls  then they  run  same report but  at 17:30  and  the result is 15010 calls

i've check the ntp server and date and everything looks normal?

what else can i check?

anyway Thanks !!

Outbound and QueueMetrics / Wrong info about some calls
« on: September 04, 2009, 01:21:08 »
 >:(

Hello its me again  ::)

I've been in trouble  with   some info that its been show it into queuemetrics, when its displayed for some queues that we have  for  a company. for example

- when im gonna see  the calls unanswered for today it show me that some agents have been waiting about 15 minuts o even an hour  ,then i checked out my asteriskcdrdb database and the calls appear  as a ANSWERED call .

- Some times it show me calls like Disconection : Unaswered yet. on Unanswered calls.

- In other situation, im gonna check out Realtime monitor,  and i see calls  that  has been procesed and that my agent has 30 minutes or even more speaking . Which  i corroborate  it trying to spying the agent and offcourse the agent is in another call or simply not making any call at all. Im using agentlogin() for those agents.

and my QM version is 1.52. asterisk 1.4.26.1.

any helps its helpfull for me !!   8)

Realtime Live / estadistics got wrong
« on: August 19, 2009, 20:04:11 »
Hello

Some client ask me about  why when he needs to see distrbution  of the calls per day and per agents, in the section

Agent availability (for all the queues they are member of)
Level    Agent                     Time            On pause    Billable        Non bill.         ...
Main      Milena Flechas      3:33:17        51:54               51:54           0:00                       14.2%
Main    Paola Lopez              2:24:53      28:43              28:43          0:00                      9.7%

and the problem is that  BILIABLE must be the TIME minus ON PAUSE but   actually BILLIABLE  it is the same as On PAUSE...

how can i fix that?? ???

Outbound and QueueMetrics / Outbound mixed up
« on: July 03, 2009, 23:35:44 »
Hi
i recently got this problem,  i got outbound queues  and inbound queues,  and agents especificlly for every queues.
i mean

i got 5 agents for receive calls on inbound queue 500, and 10 agents to make outbound calls on  queue 600. when i try to do live monitor  on queue 500 it show me my agents logged ond 500 queues, but when i see my outbound call 600, it show me agents from 500 as logged in and the agents form 600.

and i create another queue for outbound 700,  and this now it show in me agensts from 600 700 and 500

any ideas???  ???

thanks

ohh i  forgot, im using a  predictive for queue on some calls on queue

HI
someone told me tree days before, that if when im going to spy a call wheter inbound or outbound on QM this request can be send to  an especific numbre not only an extension: for example.. a client want to listen this call on his cellphone or at his house without having to log on his iax extension ?

can this  could be possible ?

Thanks !!   ;)
