Install QueueMetrics with VoiceRoute Druid

We are trying to install a Call center by Druid and QueueMetrics.
We have tested QueueMetrics with both Druid OSE Version 1.3.0 and Druid UCE version 4.2.0 (Trial) by followed the installation guide "Running QueueMetrics with Druid", but it does not work.

It seems that the new versions of Druid does not write any information into file agents.conf that QueueMetrics use to load Asterisk configurations.

Is there any ways to solve this problem.

But... are you using "real" agents with Druid?

There's no ways to add a real agent.
Druid only allows to add stations (phones) and extentions (users). In fact it adds new druid_user to users.conf.

Can you post a piece of the generated users.conf?
