Hi mnettel,

probably what happens is the following:

- qloader loads new data from queue_log into the database only if the last record in the db has a timestamp < than the one of the new data
- every 15 minutes qloader writes an 'heartbeat' record using the mysql function NOW() to determine the timestamp, if the time is some hour beyond then qloader won't load any new data from queue_log

You can turn off the heartbeat from the qloader settings but what I'd do is to verify and in case fix the mysql time:

After that stop qloader; go to /usr/local/qloader; use queuePartialUpdater to reload the queue_log file(s); restart qloader

Hi terry,

thanks for your message, we'll look into it.
We know that Java 1.8 is not compatible at the moment; but it is supposed to work perfectly on Java 1.6 so this is quite strange.

try logging out the agent from unneeded queues.

Hi Almusbah,

you need to include the QueueMetrics dialplan into Asterisk:

Open /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf and write at the end of the file:

#include extensions_queuemetrics_18.conf

then copy /usr/local/queuemetrics/qm-current/WEB-INF/mysql-utils/extensions-examples/extensions_queuemetrics_18.conf into /etc/asterisk

Then reload the dialplan (asterisk -rx "dialplan reload") and try again the AMI tester

Hi Alejandro,

a couple of things to check:

- AMI it is working / QueueMetrics dialplan is installed (use the "AMI tester" into "System Diagnostic tools")
- you installed qloader and data is sent to the database
- QueueMetrics is reading from the database and NOT directly from the queue_log file

Hi there,

probably you setup QueueMetrics to read directly from the queue_log file; that's good only for debug purposes.

You need qloader and read from database instead, give a look here: https://github.com/Loway/QueueMetricsHowTos/blob/master/QueueMetricsInstall.md
