Yup, you are right we use the log on button in QM for agents to log in and start receiving calls....

this is done by installing a custom piece of dialplan that comes with QueueMetrics itself ... extensions_queuemetrics.conf

We have created extentions on asterisk and have mapped the same to queuemetrics. Hence once the agent log's on to queuemetrics he starts to receive calls upon log on ....

We have 10 user license but one of the user Agent/2005 is able to login to queuemetrics but he does not receive calls at all ... any idea why this happens or let me know on what would be the debugging steps for the same.
