Yes - there is currently a problem with the realtime.max_bytes property that will be fixed in 1.5.0. Try enlarging it, or having your agents log off and log on every few hours (is the same person on a 12+hour shift?) :)

I think it's related to setting the SIP maximum calls for the extension.

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Upgrade from 1.4.4 to 1.4.7 problem

It looks like the data is actually there. Anybody else has this same problem?

Please send over:
- a complete dump of your database
- a tar of your running web application (so we have licence and configuration)
this way we can try and see what goes wrong.

Please send them to Loway - tell it's issue #555

Are you sure you have chan_agent loaded?
BTW, QM works fine with dynamic logons.

What do you get if you run the qm_show_files.do transaction as described?

You should really see what can be done with maximum verbosity. If the problem you are having is TrixBox related, why not using a different distro?

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Unable to Start QueueMetrics

This error is strange - it is not Queuemetrics, it's Tomcat trying to connect somewhere - as you can see there are no "loway" classes in the strack trace.... do you have a firewall on the box? maybe it's trying to connect to itself.

The issue has been fixed and version 1.5.0 will be free of it. We are about to release it.

QM will compile its own page son first access. This might take a while on a slower box. Try this:

/etc/init.d/queuemetrics restart

Try to access: http://seerver:8080/queuemetrics

If it does not work, wait a couple of minutes without restarting and try again.

Open QueueMetrics Add-Ons / Version 0.2 released
« on: November 11, 2008, 12:00:24 »
We have just released version 0.2 of the OQMA. You can download it from SourceForge at https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=241105

A new sub-project has been added: a script contributed to monitor the log file produced by the Qloaderd program and report via email any errors that happen during the day.

Yes sure - I think you already contacted our help line this morning (we're based in central Europe) and we'll be sending you a new key ASAP. If you don't receive it in a couple of hours, it's likely been lost, so please contact us again.

Scripting QueueMetrics / Using an external auth source in QM
« on: November 10, 2008, 18:33:49 »
Since QueueMetrics 1.4.6, you can now use an external script to act as an auth source for QueueMetrics. This can work in a number of ways, as described in the revised version of the "Accessing QueueMetrics through the XML-RPC interface".
We currently revised and updated it, so you can find it at http://queuemetrics.com/download/QueueMetrics_XmlRpc_v16.pdf

Your comments are welcome.
