We have been using connectors version 3.x and 5.x with no noticeable advantages. So basically any one will do.

Yes we fixed it along these lines before seeing your solution.

In the file qm/realtime2_datasource_frame.jsp, just add the lines:

Code: [Select]

<%@page contentType="text/html;charset=UTF-8"%>
<%@page pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
after the line that says:

Code: [Select]

<%@ page import="java.text.*" %>
We will be releasing a new official build next week that will address the problem....

We are aware of the problem and it has been fixed.

* use the new AJAX page
* send us a line and we'll send you a file that must be replaced
* wait for a new official build (due next week)

This does not work as a text file does miss the encoding.
The correct thing to do is:

default.useXmlExcel=true   
True: Generate the Excel file as an XML file (mandatory for UTF charsets); false: generate as an ISO-8859 CSV file

This will work on not-too-old version of Excel/OpenOffice.

Not at the moment, but we may add a filter to "fine-tune" the logging behaviour. Of course you are free to "truncate" the table if you dont need it.

You try to do an AddMember from QM with Asterisk set to maximum verbosity - if it does not work it will print out WHY it does not....

Try and leave the agent's name blank in Asterisk,  and to associate it only in QM.

Try and run the command, if it breaks it should log WHY it breaks - see also the /var/log/asterisk/full  file for hints...

We do not plan to fully internationalize logs, but we are slowly moving towards keeping them in English.
