Then it should already be working.
The only thing is that you need to set the url in ythe queue(9 app in asterisk.

I have no idea, but you could create a script to log off all agents manually if e.g. your call center works 9-18.

Yes, it's on the Agent's page - in a standard QM install, try loggin in with Agent/101 password 999 to see it (of course you will  see no calls unless you do have an agent/101 active in the queue system).  ;D

Thanks for the solution, Vlad! +1.

This is not supported at the moment.
:(

We plan to support single-queue pausing in a future release anyway (issue #335).

Very likely it is a problem with your Unix time setting (it's always a mess what is local time and what is GMT time). Try forcing the Java time one hour back, i.e. selecting a GMT+0 time zone (eg the UK).

Well the default admin user is demoadmin password demo.
If not, look on the database table arch_users for the password.

Ok - where do you see the time being incorrect?

That's good :)

2578
Why don't you simply vhange your code to pause ALL and not just one queue? that would likely work.

If you go to the licence page, what do you see as Time Zone?
