I have upgraded our demo installation from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 and have some problems

I see the following error when accessing the detail of answered or unanswered calls

I also see the following error when trying to access the agent page. The file sys_errore.jsp is in the root of the QueueMetrics directory and has read permissions....

That was my first thought, As mentioned, QueueMetrics is running on the same server as ASterisk. The licencing page states that "MySQL Time is aligned with Java Time"

Is the local PC clock involved at all?

Running QueueMetrics / Realtime page shows wrong information

In the screenshot below, the second call being processed has a waiting time of 0:32. This can not be?!? The call is marked as entered at 9:27:18 and you can (almost) see the time of the page as 09.27.22. I would have thought that the waiting time shhould be 0:04 at most. QueueMetrics and asterisk run on the same server.

AGAW / Re: Can't see AGAW settings on Queue Detail page

This was caused by the tomcat cache being out of sync. On SuSE, tomcat keeps a cache in /srv/www/tomcat5/base/work/Catalina. Stopping tomcat, removing Catallina (and everything below it) and restarting tomcat fixed the problem.

We picked this up by noticing that the title bar reflected 1.4.7 when we were editing the queue rather than 1.5.0 at other times.

AGAW / Can't see AGAW settings on Queue Detail page

I am configuring a customers system to demonstrate AGAW to them. I am unable to see the "extra" AGAW settings on the Queue Detail page.

I am running QueueMetrics-1.5.0 and have upgraded the database. My user holds the AGAW_ADM key.

Any suggestions?

Not sure which forum to put this in.....

After four years, my licence will expire. What options are available at that point?

Does one need to buy a brand new licence?
Can one buy additional years for 12.5%?
Can one extend a licence before it expires?

Running QueueMetrics / Call Status in the Agent Page

Hi

I am using QM v1.5.0 and on the agent page (show inbound calls for agent xxxx) under the status column all the calls ar showing "HTML terminated". I have checked the entries in queue_log, and I see COMPLETECALLER and COMPLETEAGENT. As I would expect.

Can you tell me what causes QueueMetrics to show a calls as "HTML Terminated"?

Problems / Using notify

I tried to use the notifiy feature on my topic "Reporting on unanswered outbound calls" in the "Outbound and Queuemetrics" board and it did not work. I have checked my email address in my profile is correct.

Any suggestions?

I will click notify on this topic as well to see if it works here.....

Hi

I have a client who mainly uses QueueMetrics for outbound calls. He would like to be able to report on unanswered outbound calls per agent. This information is not presented on the "Unans." tab - and that makes sense in the context of inbound calls, as the ENTERQUEUE entry in queue_log has NONE in the agent field. However, the ENTERQUEUE entry for an outbound call reflects the agent number correctly.

Is it possible to add this report to QueueMetrics?
