This is after agent login to one queue named Ceska (id 7000), but ready agents block shows 1 for all his defined queues - this is NOT CORRECT, should be only in queue Ceska


Try and set no defined queues, so it will pick up data as is and will not have conflicting information. the idea is that if you know the agent is a member, this overrides actual data read.

Sometimes Asterisk does not log call closure, so QM has a way to "force" the cal closure. See http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s23.html#Closing_ongoing_calls

You should make sure that the channel ID is the same - e.g. if you call the same channel once SIP/1999 and the other Local/1999@dialplan Qm has no ways of knowing they are the same thing.

You should follow the PBX's instructions on hot to do that, usually it's like 200* to join queue 200 and 200** to leave it.

If you have many RINGNOANSWERS eg because you use RINGALL strategy, the results won't mean much.

QM is for call-center usage, so its unit of monitoring is the queue. It is possible to track other calls as well, but you have to program that at the Asterisk dialplan level.

We have an alpha version in the CVS today. So I expect a beta by next week. If you'd like to test it pls contact Lorenzo.

Basically, you would add a list of "friendly names" to each agent, so that it can translate them back. And yes, we have multiple ones :)
