Yes, we install java from jdk-6u30-linux-x64.bin

Not sure if this helps, but here is more of the message from localhost_log2012-06-05.txt

If I edit line 340 in qm_recordtag_list_ajx_ds.jsp abd change it to
Code: [Select]
String.color = "blue";everything works OK.

Since upgrading to version 12, we are experiencing an "Unable to compile class for JSP" error when requesting call detail (from the Ans. DT page, click on the magnifying glass).

We are using 12.5.1 and jdk1.6.0_30. I have stopped tomcat and removed the tomcat work directory.

Please find the begining of the error below, I can provide the full message if required.

Improving QueueMetrics / Additional data on the call status screen
« on: April 30, 2012, 10:52:51 »
Hi

Would it be possible to alter the call status screen to accept an additional piece of data (e.g. reference number)?

We have had requests from a number of clients who would like to have this feature so they can tie up information recorded as outcomes in QueueMetrics with their ERP system.

Looking forward to a positive response

Tony

Let me put this another way.

We have implemented the XML-RPC skeleton provided by QueueMetrics to return call recording URLs from another server. We have run into a situation where there are multiple recordings for a single unique ID (call has been transfered). I do not see how to return more than one URL in the XML reply.

Is there a way to return more than one URL in an XML-RPC reply?

Tony

Works! Many thanks

When did that change?

QueueMetrics version: 1.7.3

On all unanswered call reports (inbound or out bound) the "AGENT" column has no content. I expect to see the agent name for outbound calls.

Is there something I have missed in configuration.properties?

QueueMetrics installation / Re: Upgraded to QM 1.6.3.0
« on: February 07, 2011, 13:53:00 »
Errr, I suppose so. Where is the Java RPM that comes with QM?

Actually, this send me down the proverbial rabbit hole. SLES uses YaST and we generally install software there.

removing java-devel removes tomcat5
removing java removed jakarata-commons-modeler and mx4j

They explicitly depend on "java-1_4_2-sun", so now I have to manually install tomcat, etc...

If there are problems, I can no longer fall back to Novell for O/S support...

Unfortunately upgrading Java on SLES would be quite a job....
