Running QueueMetrics / Duplicate service
« on: December 15, 2020, 20:24:56 »
Hi, I use qloaderd service to store queue_log data into the DB. From time to time I have experienced an issue that for some reason the service starts duplicate and the info it sends to the DB duplicates. In the official manual, there is no fix about that. How can I restrict the service to run only one instance? I've found that there is the starting function "/usr/local/qloader/RedHat-style-initscripts/qloaderd", can I change that function and not doing something else wrong?

Hi, I need to use call tagging. How can I tag calls individually, so I could sort calls depend on these tags then?

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Custom reports
« on: July 16, 2019, 11:52:15 »
Hello Fropa,

QueueMetrics has quite an extensive reporting system, with many details.

You can create your own custom reports, I will send you a couple of link to some guides that I believe might be useful to you.

It will take a bit of time to get comfortable with all features but I believe that once you learned the basics you will find what you were looking for.

How to create a custom report:
https://www.queuemetrics.com/blog/2018/09/20/howtodo-report/

A list of all the datablocks and what they do:
http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/ch06.html

You can create scheduled jobs that will send you the reports once a month, so you don't have to run them manually each time:
https://www.queuemetrics.com/blog/2017/12/05/enabling-scheduled-jobs-on-QueueMetrics-Live/?lid=N057

To remove a report it's enough to select it from the "Configure QueueMetrics Reports" page and click the "Delete Selected" button

Best Regards,
Iacob

thank you, if you can help, how can I add a custom column to datablock?

Problems / pause issue

Problems / transfered calls
« on: June 13, 2019, 14:16:49 »
Hi, I use QM on Freepbx 13 with asterisk 13. I'm checking reports and noticed that transfer calls aren't shown on the dashboard. That menu counts calls which are delivered to extension from the queue, that's all, but I want to see transferred calls as it is in the manual. What can I check?

Running WombatDialer / manager function
« on: April 06, 2017, 09:33:30 »
Hi, I'm interested in wombatdialer user function. Is there a way that each
user can view only the info that belongs it? Reports, for example. As a user, I can see all stuff that created by admin.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: inbound queue member problem
« on: September 03, 2014, 11:21:03 »
i've trunk to my sip provider (for example 1234),  i've also queuemetrics. inbound call goes to queue where is agent 200. when i make call from other provider (for example 5678) ivr says  "agent loginok with extension 5678". then 5678 is agent in queue and next inbound call goes to queue and rings to 5678 :( .  why it logs 5678 as agent ?

Running QueueMetrics / inbound queue member problem
« on: September 03, 2014, 10:20:03 »
when i call from outside CID logs in queue, for example i call from 123456 it says:
    -- <Local/300*@from-queue-00000046;2> Playing 'agent-loginok.gsm' (language 'en')
    -- <Local/300*@from-queue-00000046;2> Playing 'with.gsm' (language 'en')
    -- <Local/300*@from-queue-00000046;2> Playing 'extension.gsm' (language 'en')
and after that 123456 is queuemember and next call rings to 123456.
how can i fix it?

Running QueueMetrics / calls being processed dont works
« on: September 01, 2014, 10:29:04 »
I’ve installed queuemetrics, then I’ve created 3 extensions and 3 queues on elastix, and agents on queuemetrics. I’m using x-lite softphone for testing. When I log in extension from x-lite I call 300* to log in queue 300, and when I go to “Start realtime monitoring “It shows

it’s ok that “agents currently logged in” works, but when I make test call (outbound or inbound no matter) there is nothing in “calls being processed”, and there is more one issue when I go to agent report today there is no info about calls.

What can I do to fix this problems ?
