Hi all
Does anyone know if there is a way to set up Queue Metrics and Trixbox 2 so that Queue Metrics reads the setup/config from trixbox. In our company the users add/remove themselves to a queue using freepbx.

But when saving in freepbx the manually edited config files is overwritten.

Has anyone figred out a way to solve this?

In the http://queuemetrics.com/download/QM_AAH_100.pdf document it is described how to set up quemetrix on a trixbox/asterisk@home system.

The installation requires editing files manually. This is ok. But the changes are overwritten every time someone uses freepbx and save the settings. (config files are regenerated/overwritten)

In our company several pepole uses frepbx to add persons to a queue, change settings etc. So if I set up the system by manually editing the config files it will work until the first user saves new settings in freepbx.

This makes it impossible to use of quemetrix in our company.

Someone should make a program that fix this problem. the best would be if quemetrix did this, then the whole base of trixbox users could use queuemetrix.
