It's not meant to reload the page - the agent is supposed to hoit Reload when they get a call. That is just to avoid losing session in case of long inactivity.

Pies are not shown if there is one value that accounts for 100%.
I am adding a defect #1191 to the bug tracker so that the color gets to be programmable.

I think you are right :-)

1070
Yes it should - we never saw any case where a PAUSEALL would noyt pause the agent in the queue (as long as the channel name is the same, of course).

I did a bit of experimentation. Try to module reload res_config_mysql.so and see if it works.

Yes absolutely - find the uniqueid of the calls (click on the call detail) and delete all calls with that  uniqueid from the queue_log table.

1074
Not sure about the CLI, but youu get a PAUSEALL command. If it's written on the log, then it's issued.

Can y'all confirm what the proper method is to disable the "ding-dong" on page reload? Should I comment out the line for yellow alarm, or is that sound file also played on some other occasion?

Tom

I'd go for the realtime.waitAlarmOnLiveCalls=false

1076
I think this would be a better choice :-)
I mean, deleting calls leads to improper reporting in any case.

You sure you have the mysql-dev modules and the mysql engine compiled in? does Elastix support it?

Not at the moment - they are thought to be in shades of dark blue.... :-)

That's because if you have a red cell, you get a ring sound (basically). That's why there is a workaround but it disables the cell.

Yes you could do that using an outbound campaign in order for the phone to be tracked.
