Beta release of queueDial substitute
In order to track outbound calls in QueueMetrics, the queueDial.agi script was needed. This was complex for first-time users to set up, it was slow as a new process had to be forked for every call made and was complex to debug. Outbound calls would with invalid connection times on the realtime screen. Also, this caused a number of problems with Asterisk 1.4 and newer versions.

We decided to replace the queueDial.agi completely with a pure-scripting solution; this is still experimental but is being used in a number of call-centers worldwide and it seems to work just fine. It addresses all problems that plagued the old AGI script and was built from the start to be easy to configure.

Though it will be released officially with QM 1.4.5, beta code is available on the forums -> http://forum.queuemetrics.com/index.php?topic=261.0 . We thank in advance all QM users who will want to run a test of the new code and report any problems they come across.
