inbound queue member problem
« on: September 03, 2014, 10:20:03 »
when i call from outside CID logs in queue, for example i call from 123456 it says:
    -- <Local/300*@from-queue-00000046;2> Playing 'agent-loginok.gsm' (language 'en')
    -- <Local/300*@from-queue-00000046;2> Playing 'with.gsm' (language 'en')
    -- <Local/300*@from-queue-00000046;2> Playing 'extension.gsm' (language 'en')
and after that 123456 is queuemember and next call rings to 123456.
how can i fix it?

i've trunk to my sip provider (for example 1234),  i've also queuemetrics. inbound call goes to queue where is agent 200. when i make call from other provider (for example 5678) ivr says  "agent loginok with extension 5678". then 5678 is agent in queue and next inbound call goes to queue and rings to 5678 :( .  why it logs 5678 as agent ?

That depends on your inbound trunk's settings.

Usually extensions like 300* are used to log in queues (in systems like FreePBX or Elastix); you need to remove that *
