And I can configure QueueMetrics to only permit to the Agent Logged in QueueMetrics to change itself state?

I can access to QueueMetrics and then, I can log on an Agent with an Extension that not exist in Asterisk. Why?

I Log On with the Agent/300 in QueueMetrics and I can change the state (Log on, Pause, unPause,...) of the Agent/400 or other. Why?
