Running QueueMetrics / Move Virtual Maquine with queuemetrics to host new

Hello,

I installed queuemetrics in a virtual machine and is operating correctly.  I want to move it  to other virtual machine, exist some procedure for do it?
I think stop qloader, stop queuemetrics, move the virtual machine to new host and then start qloader and service queuemetrics.  is it all i need?

Realtime Live / Realtime displays active calls and ringing for for one agent at a time.

Hello,

In "calls in process," the realtime display agents with call active while the same agent appears with ringing other entry.
How I can do to show only active calls?
