Improving QueueMetrics / Format Date Column When Exporting Reports

It would be helpful if the "Date" column was formatted like "yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss", so that the field is recognized as a date when a report is exported to excel.  This allows for more flexibility when analyzing data via excel (sorting/grouping by day, hour, etc.).

Improving QueueMetrics / Pause Time Alerts based on Code

I would suggest adding the ability to enter a default length of "Pause" time based on Pause Code.  For example, a Pause Code of "Break" could have a default time of 15 minutes, "Lunch" - 30 minutes, etc.

An alert (flashing browser icon, etc.) could be triggered on the agent or supervisors page when the default time has elapsed.

This would be of great assistance to our company as operators often "Pause" to perform other duties either at or away from their desk.
