Duplicate agent names after setting Asterisk alias
« on: March 26, 2019, 21:09:42 »
I have set up QueueMetrics on a FreePBX Distro server in normal Extension mode (not User/Device).

I have followed the Agent troubleshooting steps outlined at this link: https://www.queuemetrics.com/blog/2019/01/30/Troubleshooting-Agent-setup/ but am still seeing the duplicate agent names.

I have set the Asterisk aliases as Local/${num}@from-queue/n to match what is shown by Asterisk when running 'queue show', then restarted queuemetrics and uniloader. The duplicate names are still visible on the realtime monitoring page.

Any advice is appreciated on how to remove the duplicates properly. Thanks!

Hello Aherron,

Have you tried removing the agents manually from the Asterisk CLI?

Use the "queue remove member ... " command to remove all the agents and then log them back in using the Agent page.

Do you see the double agent every time you log them on a queue?

Best Regards,
Iacob
