Outbound calls and URL's

Hello,


We have Queuemetrics installation running and we have one small problem.

There are no URLs for outbound calls (iseinantys) in Agents page:

But there are URLs for incoming calls (pagalba1).

There are settings for each Queue:
Inbound (pagalba1)


Outbound (iseinantys)



What should I modify in order to have working URL for outbound calls?

Please check your extensions_queuemetrics file - we have solved a similar issue in the past.

Can you post the lines that get appended to the queue_log when you place an outbound call?

Try and change the CALLOUTBOUND record by removing the dash "-" so that it is like:

1298898955|1298898955.26342|q-001|Agent/109|CALLOUTBOUND||55628|

and not

1298898955|1298898955.26342|q-001|Agent/109|CALLOUTBOUND|-|55628|
