Can you post a minimum example of the queue-log file where you have this problem? it should be a bug, but ythat's a widely used feature....

From the point of view of Qm, there is no "queue.subqueue", the whole queue name is queue.subqueue.

Just make sure that:

You could do queue/YYYY/MM/DD/client/filename.wav, or just YYYY/MM/DD/queue-client-unique.wav

No a subqueue is a better way to specify a queue - from the point of view of reporting, a queue.subqueue is just a normal queue. So you need to define them.

I have one question: why do you need the information duplicated at the subqueue level, if you already track that as the DNIS field?
