Can you post a minimum example of the queue-log file where you have this problem? it should be a bug, but ythat's a widely used feature....

No there is no easy way - the only thing it to get the path yourself.

Yes that's so.
You need to set the filename as expected by the PM.

I would turn off Java Security - see http://www.crazysquirrel.com/computing/debian/servers/debian-tomcat-package.jspx

From the point of view of Qm, there is no "queue.subqueue", the whole queue name is queue.subqueue.

You need to enable "raw agent sessions" through the config file.

1447
Which version of QM is that?

1448
Yes it is so. Qm ignores them, anyway.

Just make sure that:
- you are loading from the Qm database (filename sql:XXX)
- all data is present in the MySQL database.

You could do queue/YYYY/MM/DD/client/filename.wav, or just YYYY/MM/DD/queue-client-unique.wav

The big problem is when you have 1000s or 10000s of files in the same directory.

No a subqueue is a better way to specify a queue - from the point of view of reporting, a queue.subqueue is just a normal queue. So you need to define them.

Ah OK it's not that they cannot login to QM; they log in to QM but it was the Asterisk part that was not working.....  ;D

Ok just to be sure.

1454
Do you see data uploaded to the queue_log table in real-time, when you process calls on Asterisk?

I have one question: why do you need the information duplicated at the subqueue level, if you already track that as the DNIS field?
