Outbound and QueueMetrics / Outbound Calls works rarely. Most of the time it tells HANGUP
« on: February 05, 2016, 12:18:04 »
Hi,
We are using Asterisk server along with synway gateway configured to make outbound and inbound calls for a Call center. Everything is working fine but most of the time we could not complete the task as outbound calls are not succeeded. Am stuck over here as outbound calls works very rarely, many times i use to get HANGUP.
What will be the error, any idea?
Sometimes i also get this :
Looking forward for the quickest reply and it is highly appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
Shree Venus
