Outbound and QueueMetrics / Trying to create Oubound demo

Hello,
I am trying to create a demo system to review with a client. I have two FreePBX virtual machines. One is a dummy VoIP provider and the other run Queuemetrics. I can put a SIP phone on the Queuemetrics VM and dial seven digit extensions on the VoIP provider that plays recordings. However I cannot seem to get it to dial out from Queuemetrics. I believe that I have followed the instructions from

as best as I could determine, but calls don't go through.
Can someone point me to a different set of instructions?
I have Asterisk output of good calls directly through FreePBX and failed calls though QM. They exceed the character limit when included with this post, so I will add them after.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
