Wombat Queue configuration
« on: July 10, 2014, 17:53:40 »
Hello,

I am quite new with wombat so perhaps my question could be already made

I am configuring wombat to place calls in a callcenter queue
I already create the end point as a queue and select a queue that is created in my system, I have asterisk running in my pbx server,

The fact is that in the home view I see the created queue end point but it seems like is not monitored form my pbx as I have agents logged in but I always see
"- Free: 0 of 0 W:0"

Is there other configuration to made besides create the corresponding end point  in order to wombat knows the queue configuration ?

Thanks in advance,

You need to tell the queue to send events via AMI - if you do, when you log agents on and off it should change the number of available agents in real-time
See http://manuals.loway.ch/WD_UserManual-chunked/ch06.html#cbUQ for details

Yes I' ve check for "eventwhencalled" parameter and it is set to "yes" in the queue but no activity from the queue is reported.
Is there anything else that I have to configure in order to get the queue activity ?

I have already test campaigns with extension endpoint and it is OK, now I want to test with queue end points
