You need to close the calls manually: http://queuemetrics.com/manuals/QM_UserManual-chunked/ar01s20.html#Closing_ongoing_calls

I can't see Close call icon. I already use key Closecall for user admin.

Do you mean, calls stuck in Asterisk or terminated in Asterisk but still showing in QM?

Yes , sometime we have call terminated in Asterisk but still showing in QM.
Can i disconnect this ?
Can i disconnect live call in QM ?

Hi Support team.
Sometime we have calls stuck in queues but we can disconnect this. We already use keys Closes call but we can't see this icon.

After we change SIP/1001 to Local/1001@from-internal in dialplan, when we make a call and 1003 pickup this call. We use extension 1001 to listen live call. But we can't listen anything. Extension 1001 is available to pickup . But in log , we alway see extension 1001 have "busy" status.

Agent 1003 pickup the call. Admin use live call monitor  to listen this call. Admin use extension 1001.
We use Elastix 1.4 with Queuemetrics 1.6.1
