i think the qm can't read from the web.xml file because the license.jsp page was blank(i can access the license.jsp) .The dbtest page report the error also. What can i do?

Hi,i want the pause code to support chinese.i found "pause_codes" table in mysql,but i seems not the table to store the pause_code because when i modify the pause code in "Cfg Pauses",the table doesn't change.Were does the pause_code stored?

can i reset the file  qloaderd.log  and queue_log  in /var/log/asterisk/  and the file in /usr/local/queuemetrics/tomcat/temp and   /usr/local/queuemetrics/tomcat/logs

Every time,we have take a very long time to update from previous version(last time at least 5 hours).Does there a simple way to do it?If i update to 1.7.0 failed,can i use 1.6.3?
