Understanding results: Unanswered calls

Hi,

Will it be possible to run a report and be able to see lost calls by agent as per image below?



If I understand this manual correctly it is possible to tweak the settings to allow for this, if so, can you please point me in the right direction? im using QM 1.7.1.0
