Hi,

usually wombat is bound to port 8080; what's the base url of your Wombat?

QueueMetrics installation / Re: CAllback Agent With Queuemetrics

Ok then you should do it manually from the "edit agents" page, as explained in that FAQ I sent you

Hi Stephenv,

at the moment this feature is not supported but we plan to add it in the future.

Kind Regards

Hi!

WombatDialer doesn't have the possibility to put advanced SIP settings; what we do normally, with FreePBX for example, is to define the trunk on the PBX with all the settings; then from Wombat we define a trunk as Local/NUMBER@from-internal/n   , that lets the PBX route the call correctly; not sure how you do this on mobydick though

QueueMetrics installation / Re: CAllback Agent With Queuemetrics
« on: August 31, 2016, 10:22:20 »
Hi Kesha,

the easiest way to work with QM, is that on the PBX you define only extensions and queues, while the agents are defined in QueueMetrics (as explained here: https://www.queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp?uid=faq-097-agents_vs_users)

They will login in QueueMetrics agent's page and from there they will be able to join the queues, pause/unpause, etc.

AGAW / Re: AGAW

Hi Ira,

thanks for advise, the problem was that being our site under HTTPS (we switched recently), the browsers block any external contents that aren't under HTTPS; some videos in that page were embedded with a standard HTTP url, so I had to change the Url, now everything should be ok.

Thank you

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Known Numbers
« on: August 18, 2016, 11:01:37 »
Hi Felipe  :)

that is not the purpose of the known numbers feature, give a look here: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/ch24.html#UsingKnownNumbers

Realtime Live / Re: Agent Page don't reload.
« on: July 12, 2016, 15:31:50 »
Hi Felipe,

usually the problem is that your QueueMetrics is still reading directly from the queue_log file (debug mode) instead of using the database, did you setup qloader?
Give a look here: https://github.com/Loway/QueueMetricsHowTos/blob/master/QueueMetricsInstall.md    (look at chapter 3.1 and 4)

Running WombatDialer / Re: time-wait before wombat dial
« on: May 31, 2016, 17:54:32 »
well asterisk has an autopause feature if an agent don't answer to a ring, you could give it a look

72
 Hi DOSIT,

no, that's not possible at the moment, unless you dont use the JSON API to do that: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_JSON_manual-chunked/ch03.html

Hi yojarmye,
no at the moment that's not possible since the Asterisk wrap up time feature not always works properly.

74
Hi emel_punk,
we are aware of the problem and we are trying to fix it. At the moment we suggest you to rollback to the previous version (RPMs here: http://yum.loway.ch/RPMS/noarch/) as soon as possible we'll remove this version from the repo.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience

Mirko

Hi,

that should be the normal behaviour; are you sure, if you do a 'queue show' in the Asterisk CLI, the operators are marked as Busy when they are on call? Are they SIP channels, Local, or something else?
