QueueMetrics installation / Re: Starting QM on Elastix 2.0.2 64-BIT
« on: October 19, 2010, 16:18:44 »
We just shipped the 64-bit RPMS. See here and please confirm it's working: http://forum.queuemetrics.com/index.php?topic=1046.0

What's weird is that it works just fine on the 634-bit version of Centos 5.5, but does not on ELastix 2 64-bit, that is based on CentOS as well.

Anyway, we now ship a 64-bit version; run the following commands to fix:

Code: [Select]
yum update queuemetrics-java

/etc/init.d/queuemetrics retart

and then restart queuemetrics.
BTW we now ship the latest version of Java - 1.6.0 release 22.

Running QueueMetrics / Re: Login and Logout sessions missing

You should not use ADDMEMBER and AGENTLOGIN at the same time.

There must be some problem with the logging being done on the queue_log fil e- can you post an example of an agent logging in, taking a call and logging off, as seen from the queue_log file?

1102
Just edit the Agents on Queue from the queue configuration and save again. The red ones should disappear.

e.g. xmpp:user@server

Thats be cause we still do not have a 64 bit version of the RPM. You should install a copy of Sun's JDK manually and link /usr/local/queuemetrics/java to it. We are going to release a 64-bit RPM soon.

(we track this as issue #1178)

That is correct but  I see that you have the database icons on your posts, that looks like AGENTCALLBACK logons as well.

1107
You should use EITHER addmember-style logons or AGENTCALLBACK, not both.

1108
Can you post a screenshot?

Not at the moment; the idea being that you choose what to monitor of the overall PBX activity.
