Hello everyone first let me please state I am a complete NEWBIE!
I recently had an IVR installed and Queuemetrics (demo) installed for monitoring purposes. WOW! what I currently am able to do with this is priceless.
There is only one thing I would like to be able to record a convo when one of my sales reps is on the phone.... and listen to it or listen in .... is this possible and if so how?
